Night on Peyote Mountain

Night on Peyote Mountain is a 9″ x 9″ x 2″ shadowbox showing some of my melted action figure guys in a night desert tableau. Made with cut paper, this is a kind of sketch for my next animation. I don’t have a title, but it’s a sequel to The Benefits of Radiation.

Roshambo Play-set

I combined cut paper dioramas with 3D prints of my figures. Scenes from The Benefits of Radiation are shown below.

Roshambo

The bar tender in The Benefits of Radiation is one of my transmuted figures. And, like the Cactus Headed Cowboy, I was able to scan the original figure and print copies.

Cactus Headed Cowboy

I’ve posted about this guy in past. He’s one of my all time favorite creations (as action figures go). His origin can be seen in The Benefits of Radiation. I made a 3D scan of the original, and can now print him in a variety of materials (plastic, brass, silver, etc.).

Special thank you to my daughter, Chloe, for helping me make the scans worth printing.
